Product Introduction


SuperCAT is a software-defined EtherCAT motion controller supporting up to 128 synchronized axes and simultaneous processing of more than 10,000 I/O points. It supports the ECAT-4XMO Series for EtherCAT-to-pulse-train conversion, providing flexible pulse-control capabilities for a wide range of servo and stepper systems.


SuperCAT also supports the ECAT-TRG4 Series for high-speed comparative triggering, making it well suited to applications such as AOI inspection and dispensing equipment.


With a minimum EtherCAT cycle time of 125 μs and optimized jitter control, SuperCAT delivers highly synchronized motion and I/O performance for demanding automation applications, particularly in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing.


SuperCAT includes a ready-to-use APS library for developing multidimensional, highly synchronized, deterministic, event-triggered motion and I/O control. The APS library also simplifies integration and control of compatible third-party EtherCAT slave devices.


MotionCreator Pro2™ provides a Windows-based environment for EtherCAT motion and I/O configuration, system testing, functional evaluation, and program deployment, enabling efficient commissioning and application development.
