The S2 Series is a next-generation intelligent scanning and digitizing system developed by Sense Intelligence and its subsidiary, Rui Chuangli, for the automated processing and programming of two-dimensional flat materials.
Building on the real-world deployment and application experience of the first-generation S1 Series, Sense Intelligence has gained a deeper understanding of the needs and expectations of industry users. Through innovative design, algorithm optimization, and continuous functional enhancements, the S2 Series is designed to address a broad range of applications, from standard production requirements to advanced and customized applications.
The S2 Series provides the essential functions required for conventional applications, including contour extraction, toolpath generation and editing, and shear-line recognition and insertion. It also incorporates intuitive features that significantly simplify operation, including one-click calibration, graphical workflows, and automatic parameter configuration. These features allow new operators to become productive quickly, reducing training requirements and labor costs.
For more demanding applications involving high precision, local toolpath scaling, large-format materials, or thick workpieces, the S2 platform is available in several specialized variants, including the S2T, S2B, and S2V Series. Each has undergone rigorous verification of its integrated optical, mechanical, electrical, and software systems. In addition to core scanning and programming functions, the advanced models support features such as image stitching, edge expansion, local scaling, and height compensation, with basic nesting and layout optimization also being introduced.
