The E2-M100A is the core motion-control platform within Sense Intelligence's integrated drive and control solution for high-end equipment applications. It is an independently architected EtherCAT-based motion controller designed for advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes and other demanding motion-control applications where high performance, precision, reliability, and scalability are essential.

With a simple Ethernet connection, a host computer can access a comprehensive range of advanced motion-control functions through the E2-M100A, while benefiting from the stability and scalability typically associated with PLC-based control systems. The controller also provides extensive real-time operating data and synchronized equipment information, enabling users to monitor, analyze, and optimize the mechanical performance and operating status of their equipment.

In addition to the standard E2-M100A models, Sense Intelligence offers the E2-M100C Professional Series to address the specific requirements of different customers and applications. The Professional Series supports customized configurations across multiple aspects of the system, including the mechanical enclosure and form factor, hardware platform, motion-control algorithms, and software functionality, allowing the controller to be tailored to specific equipment and application requirements.
