The S2 Series is a new generation of intelligent scanning and recording systems developed by Sense Intelligence and its subsidiary, Rui Chuangli, for the automated processing of two-dimensional flat materials.

Building on the practical deployment and application experience of the first-generation S1 Series, we have gained a deeper understanding of the needs and expectations of industry users. Through extensive product redesign, algorithm optimization, and functional enhancements, the S2 Series has been developed to address a broad range of applications, from standard production requirements to advanced and customized applications.

As the foundation of the S2 platform, the S2 Series provides all the essential functions required for conventional applications, including contour extraction, toolpath generation and editing, and shear-line recognition and insertion. At the same time, it introduces a range of user-friendly features designed to significantly lower the barrier to operation, including one-click calibration, intuitive graphical workflows, and automatic parameter configuration. These features allow even first-time users to get started quickly, reducing training requirements and significantly improving overall operational efficiency.

For applications requiring higher levels of performance—such as high-precision processing, local toolpath scaling, large-format materials, or thick materials—the S2 platform is available in several specialized variants, including the S2T, S2B, and S2V sub-series. Each has undergone rigorous verification of its integrated optical, mechanical, electrical, and software systems to ensure reliable performance in demanding applications.

In addition to the core software capabilities, these specialized systems incorporate advanced functions such as image stitching and edge expansion, with further capabilities being progressively introduced, including local scaling, height compensation, and basic nesting and layout optimization.
