The PCIe-M54/PCIe-M58 provides high-frequency pulse output of up to 6.55 MHz, together with hardware-controlled emergency-stop functionality, software safety protection, board index switching, and synchronized linear and arc motion. These features deliver a reliable and cost-effective solution for industrial motion-control applications.
The cards are compatible with Mitsubishi, Panasonic, and Yaskawa servo systems, as well as servo and stepper drives that support pulse-train control. Multi-axis coordinated motion enables the execution of complex motion trajectories for demanding automation applications.
Supporting linear and circular interpolation under continuous contour control, the PCIe-M54/PCIe-M58 is particularly well suited to applications involving multiple connected linear and arc segments. This enables smooth, continuous motion and precise trajectory control across a wide range of manufacturing and industrial automation applications.
