At the exhibition, Sense Intelligence showcased the MoVi S2 Series intelligent scanning and digitizing system, an advanced solution designed to address the challenges of high-precision and large-format flat-material pattern making. Developed specifically for automated pattern creation from two-dimensional flat materials, the system combines high precision, efficiency, and ease of use.

The S2 Series requires no complex installation and can complete automatic calibration in as little as 20 seconds. Its intuitive graphical interface allows even first-time users to get started quickly, significantly reducing training requirements.

The system's core strengths are its high efficiency and precision. It supports simultaneous scanning of multiple materials and one-click contour extraction, while intelligently recognizing and smoothing notches and cut features with an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm. Users can also manually modify contours, add text, and apply automatic scaling, providing a flexible balance between automation and operator control.
