Move a distance of 20 mm at a speed of 1200 mm/s and an acceleration of 1.2 g.

Static Stability Test

After the motion is completed, measure the static stability while keeping the servo enabled. Repeat the test three times.

Repeatability / Absolute Positioning Accuracy Test

Use a Renishaw interferometer for measurement. For the test platform, use a 5 mm step distance and perform three round-trip cycles.
