Flying Test Conditions

The calibration film is picked up using Z-axis vacuum suction and the X-axis is moved over a distance of 130 mm at a speed of 600 mm/s and an acceleration of 1 G. The lower camera performs a flying image-capture test on the calibration film while the X-axis moves back and forth for 191 cycles.

Retrieval and Placement Test Conditions

The material is moved over a distance of 170 mm at a speed of 600 mm/s and an acceleration of 1 G. The material is picked up at Point A, followed by triggered image capture during motion and position compensation, before being placed at Point B. The camera then captures and locates the material at Point B to determine the positioning repeatability.

The above retrieval, imaging, compensation, and placement sequence is repeated multiple times to evaluate system repeatability and overall motion-and-vision performance.
